Gan Chabad Preschool is more than just a childcare centre, it's a place where kids grow, learn, and connect with their Jewish roots in a meaningful way. Located in North York, the preschool focuses on a play-based curriculum, helping children develop problem-solving skills, empathy, and flexibility while also learning about Jewish traditions, values, and upcoming holidays.
In 2023, they contacted Intra after receiving a recommendation from another Jewish client.

While Leanne is open-minded, it was important that every staff member understood they were entering a Jewish school setting. We carefully selected candidates who met the necessary qualifications and aligned with the centre's cultural values, ensuring the best possible fit.
To help ease the hiring process, the centre asked for a trial system that would bring in one or two staff members every few weeks. This allowed them to assess performance and team fit before committing to regular shifts.
Our focus on reliability, cost-effectiveness, and respect towards the childcare centre's importance on religious and cultural values ensured they had consistent coverage, with two shifts per day on various days of the week.
