You have an initial conversation.
We arrange a call so you can ask questions, share your expectations, and get a sense of whether the candidate feels like a good match.
You meet them in person, at home.
If the initial conversation goes well, the candidate comes to your home to meet your family in person. This step allows you to see how everyone interacts before making any decisions.
You have a one-month trial period.
Before anything is finalized, you get a full month to see how the arrangement works for your family day to day.
Once you are happy, care continues smoothly. The entire arrangement is backed by Intra's official staffing license, our facilitation process, and full payroll administration on your behalf.
